Dr Saurabh Luthra (Director Vitreoretinal Services & UVEA)

Dr Saurabh Luthra is a well-known Vitreoretinal Surgeon & Uvea Specialist heading Drishti Eye Institute as a Medical Director. He is an alumnus of Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He completed a fellowship in Vitreo-Retina from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai and further went on to pursue a Research-cum-clinical Retina Fellowship from 2004-2006 at University of California, Irvine, USA during which he researched on retinal cells in tissue culture.

His primary areas of interest are:

• Micro-incision Vitreous Surgery (MIVS)
• Diabetic Retinopathy
• Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD)
• Retinopathy Of Prematurity (ROP)
• Panuveitis
• Posterior Segment Imaging
