General Information

• Participants are invited to submit abstracts related to Glaucoma
  • Case Presentation/Case Series Presentation.
  • Video Presentation
  • Photo Presenation.
• Abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.

Important Dates

• Abstract submission opens: 04^th December, 2025
• Submission deadline: 04^th January, 2026
• Notification of acceptance: 10^th January, 2026

Eligibility

• Case /Case series presentation: PGs and fellows
• Video presentation, Photo Presentations : Ophthalmologists, residents, and fellows
• Multiple submissions are allowed; however, each submission must be made separately.

Word Limit

• Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and keywords).

Keywords

• Provide 3–5 keywords relevant to the study.

Submission Process

• Abstracts must be submitted online through the official portal.
• Submissions via email or other channels will not be accepted.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.

Review & Selection

• Abstracts will be evaluated on scientific merit, originality, relevance, clarity, and impact.
• The committee may request modifications before final acceptance.

Presentation Guidelines

• Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must register for the event.

Publication

• Accepted abstracts may be published in the event souvenir/program book or official website.
