Position- OT In-Charge

Experience- 7-10 Years (Preferably in Eye Hospital)

Education- Diploma in OT Technology

Job Description for OT In-charge

  • To prepare duty roster for OT Staff.
  • To supervise the theatre technicians while on duty.
  • To impart adequate training to the newly recruited staff and also time to time orientation to the existing staff.
  • To place indent for materials required for day-to-day usage. 
  • To coordinate with Bio-medical engineer for all equipment related issues.
  • To inform the next surgical team in case of any delay.
  • To supervise cleaning and disinfection of OTs.
  • To check and endorse all check list and stock books maintained by nurses and technicians.
  • To ensure that all waste disposal and infection control protocols are followed strictly.
  • Responsible for maintaining NABH standards.
  • Responsible for early internal and external auditing.
  • To maintain surgery register and endorse the nurses report.
  • To adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient and staff safety.
  • To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the MS.
  • To ensure that the used trays are cleaned properly & placed safely for the next use.
  • To co-ordinate with CSSD
  • Responsible for the instruments & equipments maintenance.
  • To document the Intra-Operative complication and report it to MS.
  • To scrub for difficult cases and train others.
  • Plan &co-ordinate for manpower allocations with MS/Director.

Position: Front Desk Executive

Location: Dehradun
Preferable Qualification: Graduate
Preferred Experience: 0-1 Year 
Job Description: 

  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.

  • Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information.

  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.

  • Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner

  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.

  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

  • Maintain records and files.

Monthly Compensation: Min. Rs 7000 to 12000.
